Portobello Mushroom Tacos
- Portobello Mushroom Soft Tacos are both vegetarian and vegan-friendly, and can even win over your carnivore friends.
- 8 oz portobello mushroom caps, sliced
- 1 package Whole Wheat Tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 of a red onion, diced
- 1 cup Medium Salsa Verde
- Sauté portobello mushrooms in salsa.
- Grill tortillas.
- Place mushrooms in the tortilla, and use whatever toppings you like!
We recommend salsa verde, diced avocado, sliced red onion, and cilantro.
