Black Bean and Avocado Taco Sliders Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 Ortega® Mini Taco Slider Shells
- 1 cup Ortega black beans, drained
- ½ avocado, cubed
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ tbs Spice Islands Chili Powder
- ½ tbs Spice Islands Ground Cumin,
- 1 tbs Spice Islands Garlic Powder
- Pinch of salt
- Ortega Taco Sauce (optional)
Directions
- Heat Ortega® Mini Taco Slider Shells in the oven according to package directions.
- In a small saucepan, heat black beans over medium heat. Sprinkle with spices (to taste) and stir well.
- Remove shells from oven and fill each with black beans.
- Top with shredded cheese, avocado, and, if desired, taco sauce.
