Spinach Artichoke Quesadillas Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 oz baby spinach leaves
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 package Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Homestyle Mild Salsa
- 1 cup Mild Taco Sauce
Directions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, baby spinach leaves, cream cheese and parmesan cheese.
- Season mixture with salt and pepper.
- Scoop spoonful of mixture on top of a tortilla.
- Top with another tortilla and place on hot skillet.
- Remove from heat, cut into triangles and serve.
- Serve with salsa or taco sauce on the side!
