7 Layer Taco Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 16 oz (1 can) Ortega Traditional Refried Beans
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 ¼ cup Ortega Thick and Chunky Mild Salsa
- 1 cup guacamole
- ¼ cup Ortega Mild Taco Sauce
- 1 ⅔ cup shredded cheese
- ½ cup black olives, sliced
- ½ cup tomatoes, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
Directions
- In a glass or ceramic high rimmed dish, begin with a layer of refried beans
- Mix together the softened cream cheese and sour cream, add as the second layer.
- Drain some of the liquid from the salsa, then add as the third layer.
- Add the guacamole as the fourth layer.
- Drizzle the taco sauce on top for the fifth layer.
- Add a coating of shredded cheese as the sixth layer.
- Top with the olives, tomatoes, and green onion as the seventh layer.
- Finish with another drizzle of sauce for a pop of color and flavor!
