Ranch Chicken Skewers Recipe

Ingredients
- 2lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet Ortega Ranch Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
- 16oz (1 package) thick cut bacon
Directions
- Cut chicken breasts into 2 inch cubes and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add oil and Ortega Ranch Taco Seasoning and mix until well combined. Add chicken cubes and mix. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Remove bacon strips from package and cut into thirds.Thread marinated chicken cubes and folded bacon onto presoaked skewers, alternating between bacon and chicken until the skewer is full.
- On a grill preheated to 450 degrees F, cook the skewers about 8-9 minutes on each side. Chicken is cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
