Mini Taco Salads Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 box Fiesta Flats
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 package shredded cheese of your choice
- 2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup tomato, diced
Directions
- Cook beef and onion until beef is browned; drain. Stir in salsa, water and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Layer ingredients into Fiesta Flats as follows in each shell: lettuce, meat mixture, cheese and tomatoes for garnish.
