  1. Heat skillet and add turkey.
  2. Cook until turkey is browned and crispy at the edges.
  3. Take skillet off of heat, pour enough taco sauce onto turkey to coat.
  4. Stuff Turkey Carnitas into tortillas, top with cotija, sliced red onion and cilantro.
  5. Serve with lime.
