Loaded Nachos Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 cups tortilla chips
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 package Ortega Taco Seasoning
- 1 can (11 oz.) Green Giant SteamCrisp Mexicorn, drained
- ½ cup B&G Sliced Jalapeno Peppers
- ½ cup sliced pitted ripe olives
- Ortega Creamy Queso Sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook ground turkey in large nonstick skillet until no longer pink. Drain then add Ortega Taco Seasoning and 1/3 cup water. Bring to a boil and simmer 2 minutes or until thickened slightly.
- Evenly spread tortilla chips over large baking sheet. Top with ground turkey mixture and bake 5 minutes or until chips are hot.
- Top with Mexicorn, jalapeno peppers and olives. Drizzle with Ortega Creamy Queso Sauce and top with green onion and cilantro.
