  1. Coat flank steak in 2 tbsp of olive oil and 1 packet of Ortega Street Taco Seasoning, Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Pre heat your grill over medium high heat. Grill steak until desired doneness. Set aside and cover to rest for 10 minutes.
  3. While steak is resting, heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Slice bell peppers and white onions and season with Ortega Street Taco Seasoning. Sauté until tender.
  4. Once rested, Slice steak into thin strips.
  5. To assemble, spread guacamole over a serving board and top with sautéed peppers and onions. Layer sliced steak on top and drizzle with Ortega Green Sauce.
  6. Serve with Ortega Habanero and Guacamole Taco Shells, sour cream, salsa, cilantro, and lime.
