Cinnamon Apple Dessert Tacos Recipe

Sweeten up taco night with these pie-inspired dessert tacos.

Ingredients

Taco shells: Ortega Mini Taco Slider Shells

1/4 cup butter, melted

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon Spice Islands Ground Saigon Cinnamon

2 cups vanilla ice cream

Topping:

2 apples, diced

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon Spice Islands Ground Saigon Cinnamon

Directions

Paint the taco shells with melted butter, and sprinkle on cinnamon and sugar
Fill with vanilla ice cream
In a saute pan over medium heat, melt butter and add apples, cinnamon, and sugar. Cook 5 minutes.
Drizzle on top of the ice cream and serve immediately.
