Breakfast Burrito Recipe
- This ultimate on-the-go breakfast burrito filled with bacon, eggs, and your favorite Ortega sauce will turn any night owl into a morning person.
Ingredients
- 1 Ortega Flour Tortilla
- 2 tablespoons Ortega Original Black Beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 egg, scrambled
- 1 tablespoon Ortega Mild Taco Sauce
- 2 pieces of bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 tablespoons Pico de Gallo
- 1 teaspoon cilantro, minced
Directions
- Warm up the tortilla lightly so it is easier to roll.
- Add in a layer of bacon, eggs, sauce, black beans, and finally Pico.
- Roll the burrito, and seal it closed on a hot skillet.
- Garnish with cilantro.
