Basketball Bean Skillet Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 8 oz Ortega® Original Black Beans, rinsed and drained
- 15 oz Green Giant® Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
- 4 oz Ortega® Fire Roasted Mild Diced Green Chiles
- 12 oz diced tomatoes in juice
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 packet Ortega® Taco Seasoning Mix Packet
- 1 cup shredded cheese, to top
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
Directions
- Mix beans, corn, chiles, tomatoes, cream cheese, 1/3 cup shredded cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning together in a skillet
- Cook over medium heat until melted and combined
- Top with 1 cup additional cheese
- Place sliced olives in a basketball pattern!
