Poke Fiesta Flats Recipe
- How do you make poke bowls even better? Put them in delicious, edible bowls!
Ingredients
- 3/4 pound sushi-grade tuna
- 1/4 cup Ortega® Hot Sliced Jalapeños
- 2 chopped scallions
- 1 package Fiesta Flats
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 cup mixed greens
Directions
- Mix sushi-grade tuna, jalapeño slices, chopped scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds and mixed greens to taste.
- Spoon into warm Fiesta Flats.
