Crispy Shrimp Tacos with Chipotle Slaw Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 Ortega Fiesta Flats, warmed
 
Shrimp:
- 1 pound extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - ¼ cup Ortega Chipotle Aioli Sauce
 - ½ cup cornmeal
 - Nonstick cooking spray
 
Slaw:
- 3 cups coleslaw
 - 1⁄3 cup Ortega Chipotle Aioli Sauce
 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
 
Directions
Shrimp:
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Spray basket with nonstick cooking spray.
 - Coat shrimp with Ortega Chipotle Aioli Sauce then dip in cornmeal, shaking off excess.
 - Arrange half of shrimp in air fryer basket, leaving room around shrimp for air to circulate.
 - Cook 6 minutes or until golden and crisp. Repeat with remaining shrimp.
 
Slaw:
- Combine coleslaw with Ortega Chipotle Aioli Sauce, lime juice and cilantro.
 - Serve shrimp and slaw in Ortega Fiesta Flats and top with your favorite taco toppings. Drizzle tacos with additional Ortega Chipotle Aioli Sauce.
