Crispy Shrimp Tacos with Chipotle Slaw Recipe

Shrimp:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Spray basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Coat shrimp with Ortega Chipotle Aioli Sauce then dip in cornmeal, shaking off excess.
  3. Arrange half of shrimp in air fryer basket, leaving room around shrimp for air to circulate.
  4. Cook 6 minutes or until golden and crisp.  Repeat with remaining shrimp.

Slaw:

  1. Combine coleslaw with Ortega Chipotle Aioli Sauce, lime juice and cilantro.
  2. Serve shrimp and slaw in Ortega Fiesta Flats and top with your favorite taco toppings. Drizzle tacos with additional Ortega Chipotle Aioli Sauce.
