Chile Con Queso
- Heat up your favorite melting cheese for a crowd-pleasing queso dip.
- 1 lb Velveeta or other melting cheese
- 1 cup Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa
- 1 can Mild Diced Green Chiles
- Combine cheese, salsa and diced chilies in a small saucepan and heat on low.
- Stir several times until fully melted and combined.
- Serve warm with tostada or halved taco shells.
Add an additional can of Mild Diced Green Chiles for an extra kick!
