Thanksgiving Leftover Quesadilla Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 Ortega Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup of leftover turkey, shredded
- 1 can Ortega Green Chiles
- 2 tbsp of leftover cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp of leftover gravy
- 1/2 cup of gruyere cheese, shredded
Directions
- In a pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp of butter until melted. Add one Ortega flour tortilla and use half of the leftover turkey, Ortega green chiles, cranberry sauce, gravy and gruyere cheese to fill the tortilla.
- Once the bottom of the tortilla is golden brown, top with a second tortilla and flip. Cook other side until golden brown.
- Repeat steps for a second quesadilla. Enjoy hot with your favorite toppings or sauce.
