Ingredients
- 1 can Ortega Black beans
- 1 can Ortega Fire Roasted Green Chiles, mild or hot
- 1 can of corn kernels
- 2 green bell peppers, diced
- 3 roma tomatoes, diced
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1/3 cup of cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Half a red onion, diced
- juice from 2 limes
- salt, to taste
- tortilla chips
Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, add Ortega Black Beans, Ortega Fire Roasted Green Chiles, corn, bell peppers, tomatoes, avocados, cilantro, olive oil, red onion, lime juice and season with salt, to taste.
2. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips!
