  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, baby spinach leaves, cream cheese and parmesan cheese.
  2. Season mixture with salt and pepper.
  3. Scoop spoonful of mixture on top of a tortilla.
  4. Top with another tortilla and place on hot skillet.
  5. Remove from heat, cut into triangles and serve.
  6. Serve with salsa or taco sauce on the side!
