Layered Taco Bake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1lb ground beef
 - 1 packet of Ortega Taco Seasoning
 - 4 Ortega Flour Tortillas
 - Ortega’s Chipotle Aioli
 - 2 cups mexican cheese blend
 - Sour cream (optional)
 - Roma tomatoes, diced (optional)
 - Serrano peppers, sliced (optional)
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and cook ground beef according to instructions on the Ortega Taco Seasoning packet.
 - In a springform pan, or any circular pan with tall sides, start by layering a tortilla at the bottom, then seasoned ground beef, Ortega’s Chipotle Aioli and cheese. Repeat these steps for 3 layers, ending with a flour tortilla topped with cheese.
 - Place layered dish into the oven for about 10 mins or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the tortillas are a little crispy.
 - Top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, serrano peppers or your favorite toppings and enjoy!
