Tex Mex Wings Recipe

Ingredients
- 12 Chicken Wings (approximately 1 – 1 1/2 pounds)
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- Ortega Street Taco Seasoning
- Ortega Taco Sauce (for dipping)
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390F.
- While your air fryer is pre-heating, melt butter in a microwave safe bowl and brush the wings with the melted butter. (you won’t use all of it so save the rest for later)
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add your wings to the air-fryer basket making sure not to overlap and cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove wings from the air fryer basket and lightly coat with more butter and Ortega Street Taco Seasoning
- Place the wings back in the fryer for 5 more minutes or until the wings are at your desired level of crispiness.
- Serve with your Ortega Taco Sauce of choice.
