Mexican-Style Grilled Corn

  • Summertime = grill time! Try this simple yet flavorful classic Mexican Grilled Corn recipe.


  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 8 oz container sour cream
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
  • Cilantro, for topping
  • Cotija Cheese, for topping


  1. Shuck and clean fresh ears of corn.
  2. Rub with butter, place on grill and cook until preferred doneness.
  3. Mix sour cream with taco seasoning and spread onto grilled ears of corn.
  4. Garnish with cilantro and cotija cheese (optional).


Dip chips into leftover spread for a super flavorful dip.
