Fast easy tasty burgers for the pan or grill.

1/2 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup chopped green chiles
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients together well. Shap into 4 1/2 inch thick patties and cook over medium heat on stove or grill, approximately 4 minutes per side. Serve with sliced tomato on toasted bun.
