This is a hearty, wonderfully spicy dip to be served
with tortilla chips for an appetizer or just a great
snack.

16 oz. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Ranch Fiesta Dip
- 1 sm. can ripe olives (chopped)
- 6 green onions (finely chopped)
- 1 med. green pepper (finely chopped)
- 2 cups mexican four cheeses blend
- ½ cup Ortega chopped green chilies

In a medium mixing bowl, stix sour cream and dip packet together. Chop green onion and green pepper fine. Add to sour cream mixture and stir. Add other ingredients. Chill until flavors blend. Serve with tortilla chips. Just before serving, let sit out for about 10 min. to allow mixture to "soften" so chips will not break easily. Enjoy
