If you have more than 3 teen age boys to feed, I suggest you double the recipe. They loved it. Excellent Submitted Date: August 2003 Rating: Reviewed By: Denise from MN Comments: This is excellent. I have made it many times and everyone loves it. In fact, when I have made it lately, I've had to make at least 2 trays of it because it goes so fast. Excellent. I have also left out the guacamole as some don't like it. Usually make 1 with and 1 without. This is great! Submitted Date: July 2003 Rating: Reviewed By: Jo Anne Gilmore from Galveston, TX Comments: I made this recipe for a card party we were having. It was a great success with everyone. Since we are an older group and not too much on real spicy foods I did not use the green chiles or the green onions. I substituted with black olives and diced fresh tomatoes. It was great!! We make it for parties and for everyday! It always turns out great. I also substitute black olives for the green onions. (That's just a personal preference, we think it's great either way.)
