Ortega Zesty Chicken Wings

Set your sights way south of Buffalo for great wings! ORTEGA Taco Sauce lets you make tasty wings with very little work.

PREHEAT oven to 375° F.

COMBINE sour cream, chiles and 1/2 package (about 2 tablespoons) seasoning mix in small bowl; refrigerate. Combine taco sauce and remaining seasoning mix in large bowl. Add wings; toss well. Arrange wings on prepared pan.

BAKE, brushing frequently with taco sauce mixture, for 35 to 40 minutes or until no longer pink near bone. Discard leftover taco sauce misture.

SERVE with sour cream dip and celery sticks.

Comments: This sounds so easy....in the oven! I have a grandson in college who loves hot wings. He could make this for himself, using the recipe for a shopping list. He knows nothing about cooking. Could use some detailed instructions. Has an apt. so is not cooking in a dorm. I will give him your website address.
