     
More zip as you dip; the green chiles make this guacamole a real crowd pleaser. 8 10 min 1 hrs refrigerating 
       - 2 medium very ripe avocados, seeded, peeled and mashed
- 1 can (4-oz.) ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles
- 2 large green onions, chopped
- 2 tbls. olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
COMBINE avocados, chiles, green onions, olive oil, lime juice, garlic and salt in a medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes about 2 cups.
